Hazrat Abolfazl (AS) Specialized Medical Center, affiliated with Hazrat Abolfazl (AS) Health and Medical Charity Association, was established in 2017 with the participation of respected donors and Hazrat Abolfazl (AS) Charity Association, with the aim of providing desirable medical services to patients and other clients, and with due regard to the principle of priority of prevention over treatment, in various specialized and sub-specialty units, including 1- Dialysis Department, 2- Specialized and sub-specialty clinic including sub-specialty of kidney/cardiology/pediatrics/ophthalmology, etc. 3- Dentistry Department, 4- Radiology Department, 5- Laboratory Department, 6- Physiotherapy, 7- Endoscopy and Colonoscopy. After the completion of the construction and issuance of the operating license, its first phase, including the hemodialysis department, specialized and sub-specialty clinic, and pharmacy, began operating. In 2018, other paraclinical departments began operating with patient-centered behavior and respect for the patient's rights charter, with the aim of providing quality services. Since then, in order to achieve the center's major goals, in line with The goals and strategies of the charity association and in compliance with the principles of accreditation have been taken to improve the quality of services in all departments, especially the hemodialysis department. It is hoped that with the help of God Almighty and with the participation of respected donors, the center will be able to implement the improvement programs and major goals in the coming year and take a big step towards reducing the suffering of clients and patients, especially respected dialysis patients.
